廉洁意识培养与大学生成长成才路径探析

摘　　要：廉洁意识培养是大学生思想政治工作的一项重要内容,也是学校培养合格人才、促进大学生成长成才的重要保障。但因为社会大环境中消极思想的影响、学校廉洁文化教育实效的缺失及家庭环境中负面形象的误导等原因,学校廉洁意识培养面临着认知不深刻、主体意识不强、缺乏长效机制等困境。因此,必须努力营造风清气正的校园文化环境,不断推进廉洁教育进课堂,丰富拓展廉洁意识培养途径,有力推动大学生健康成长成才。The training of integrity consciousness is an important part in students＇ ideological and political work, which guarantees universities to train qualified personnel and promote students＇ growth. But because of the effects of negative thoughts in the society, lack of school integrity education and sometimes misleading family environment, universities face a series of difficulties in cultivating integrity consciousness, such as superficial cognition of the importance of integrity education in universities, lack of subjective voluntariness and long-term mechanisms and so on. Efforts must be made to build the non-corrupt campus environment, to put forward the consciousness of honesty in classrooms and to enrich ways to cultivate integrity consciousness, all contributing to students＇ healthy growth.
