摘　　要：埃及政府以总统令的形式颁布有关亚历山大图书馆的专门立法,对其性质、功能、机构设置、管理方法、财务管理、章程的修订及其内容等进行了阐述与规定,并对各管理主体的责任与权力进行了详细规定,确定该馆实行法人治理结构。作为附属于总统的独立公共法人,亚历山大图书馆主要通过赞助人理事会、受托人董事会、咨询理事会和图书馆馆长实施管理,其有益经验可为我国公共图书馆推行法人治理结构提供参考借鉴。The Egyptian government enacted the special legislation on the Library of Alexandria by presidential decree, the library characteristic, function, framework of institution, management, financial management, charter amendment and the content are expounded and specified, responsibilities and rights of management subject are regulated clearly, and it is determined to implement corporate governance structure in the Library of Alexandria. As the independent public corporation attached to the president, the management of the Library of Alexandria shall be managed by The Council of Patrons, The Board of Trustees, the Advisory Council and the director of the library. Its beneficial experience would provide reference for China to implement corporate goverenance structure in the public library.
