摘　　要：法国国家图书馆在残障读者服务方面的做法具有一定的代表性和借鉴意义。法国相关政策法规的制定和行业协会的相关举措,为法国国家图书馆残障读者服务的开展提供了支持和坚实的后盾。法国国家图书馆残障读者服务呈现如下特点:人性化的无障碍服务设施,多方位、便捷的残障读者数字服务,个性化的残障读者活动,全面的馆员和志愿者培训等。我国应从完善相关法律与政策,关注残障读者服务细节,发挥国家级平台作用,广泛联合各界力量推广弱势群体服务等方面提升残障读者服务水平。French National Library （FNL） is a typical library in providing services for the disabled, which has important reference meaning. Relevant laws and regulations, and measures carried out by profession association, offer support and solid backing to services for the disabled in FNL. Characteristics of services for the disabled in FNL are as follows： considerate obstacle-free facilities, multiple-aspect and convinient digital services, and particular services for the disabled, comprehensive librarians and volunteers training, etc. We should complete relevant laws and policies, attach more on the service detail, play full role of the national platform, improve the level of promoting vulnerable group services with social circles.
