高校图书馆用户权利性规范比较分析

摘　　要：目前,国内外学者对高校图书馆用户权利性规范的研究比较薄弱。对10所河南省高校图书馆的用户权利性规范的调查反映出,其制定的用户权利性规范既有可取之处,也有不尽人意的地方。对于不足之处,相关图书馆可以从以下几方面改进:尽力恪守公平原则,坚决保护用户隐私权,多方位保障用户知情权,维护用户人身和财产安全,彰显人道主义关怀,用户权利性规范须与时俱进。At present, domestic and overseas scholars pay little attention to the research on user＇s right norms of academic libraries. The survey on user＇s right norms of 10 sample academic libraries in Henan Province shows that the existing user＇s right norms have merits, while they needs to be improved in some aspects. The library should improve disadvantages in the following aspects： insisting fair principle, protecting user＇s privacy, guaranteeing user＇s right to know, manintaing perosonal and property safety, highlighting humanitarian caring, and user＇s right norms must keep pace with times.
