摘 要:自组织打破了治理者和被治理者的二元对立关系,但由于缺乏公共权力介入,仍然存在治理困境。基于奥斯特罗姆的自组织理论,从资源特性和自组织规则特性两个层面分析了民族村寨自组织旅游开发的二阶困境。引入社会网络信任机制,阐释了社会网络信任如何在熟人社会中发挥作用。以郎德苗寨为案例地,提出社会认同、精英信任、契约信任和人情信任是民族村寨自组织治理顺利运行的有力保障。community self-organization has avoided the binary conflicts between those who govern and the governed in ethnic villages,there are still drawbacks due to lack of public authority intervention. Based on self-organization theory by Ostrom,this paper has analyzed the second-order self-organization dilemma in ethnic villages' tourism development. This analysis is conducted from the respective perspectives of resource and self-organization characteristics. With the trust mechanism in social network,we have further examined how social trust functions in acquaintances community in the case study of the Miao ethnic village of Langde. we found that social identity,elite trust,contract trust,and membership trust are promoting factors for self-organization governance in ethnic villages.
