摘 要:为了适应大型矿山不断增长的充填采矿生产能力,开发大容量充填系统十分重要。针对金川矿山棒磨砂骨料,研制了150~180 m3/h大容量搅拌设备,并为此开展搅拌设备的单体试验和工业充填试验。工业试验结果表明,搅拌转矩随着搅拌速度呈线性变化,而搅拌功率与搅拌速度为平方关系;且在相同搅拌浓度条件下,连续搅拌功率准数随搅拌速度的增大而减小。大容量搅拌设备充填料浆管道阻力损失为2.4 k Pa/m,满足了高浓度料浆管道输送要求,同时充填试块强度也满足矿山安全生产要求。由此可见,大容量搅拌设备不仅达到搅拌设计能力,而且搅拌质量可以满足矿山安全采矿要求。In order to adapt increasing goaf filling capacity of large mines, it is necessary to develop large- capacity filling system. 150 - 180 m3/h large-capacity mixing equipment was developed for processing sand aggregate from the bar mill in Jinchuan mine, as well as unit test and industrial filling test for the mixing equipment were conducted. The industrial test results showed: the stirring torque appeared linear variation with the stirring velocity, the stirring power was related to square of the stirring velocity, and the continuous stirring power criterion decreased with the increase in the stirring velocity at the same stirring density. The pipeline resistance loss on the large-capacity mixing equipment filling slurry was 2.4 kPa/m, which met the requirement of high-density slurry pipeline delivery. In addition, the strength of the filling test block satisfied the requirement of safe production in mine. So the large-capacity mixing equipment not only reached the design capacity, but the mixture quality met the requirement of safe mining.
