摘　　要：基于PLCopen标准与IEC61131-3标准,结合嵌入式软PLC技术和后挡料闸式剪板机工艺需求,设计出了一种剪板机数控系统。该系统由嵌入式软PLC、伺服驱动、HMI等设备构成,程序使用IEC61131-3语言编写,系统符合剪板机的过程控制与运动控制要求,运动控制功能块遵循了PLCopen定义的运动控制功能块函数模型。该系统可移植性强,开放性、可维护性好,成本低。最后,在江苏扬力集团MS8型机床本体上验证了该系统的可行性。A kind of shearing machine NC system was designed based on PLCopen standard and IEC61131-3 standard, which applied soft PLC （programmable logic controller） technology. This shearing machine NC sys- tem was consisted of soft PLC, servo and HMI etc. The system observed IEC61131-3 programming language, meet the requirements of process control and motion control, for shearing machine, and the model of motion con- trol function block followed function module of PLCopen standard. As a result, the system is better portability, openness, maintenance and costs less. Finally, the system was verified on MS8 series guillotine shearing ma- chine of Jiangsu Yangli Group, and the system was feasibility.
