摘　　要：本文以某铝厂20MN挤压机四根张力柱作为测试对象,使用静态电阻应变仪测试张力柱在满载时的应力应变,分析测试结果,确认四根张力柱的应力状态是否均布,从而提高设备的使用安全性。In this paper, four tension columns of 20MN extrusion press were testified with static resistance strain gauge. The full load stress and strain were tested and analyzed to confirm that whether the state of stress four tension columns uniformly distributed, which could improve safety of equipment.
