新形势新要求下发展大学生党员质量保障体系建设研究——基于江西4所高校的调查

摘　　要：中国共产党已经走过90多年风雨历程,成长为拥有8600万党员的执政党。然而随着队伍的不断壮大,各种问题也随之而来。在世情、国情、党情复杂变化的新形势下,作为培养未来接班人重要阵地的高校,确保大学生党员的质量已经成为党建的核心任务。针对当前高校大学生党员的入党动机、模范性影响力及教育管理等方面所存在的问题,应从强化认识、量化标准模块、构建机制等方面着手,构建科学的大学生党员质量保障体系,提高大学生党员质量。After a more than 90years＇ stormy course,the Communist of China has become the ruling party with 86 million party members.With the enforcement of the party,however,there also appear some problems.In the new period,facing the complex changes of the situation of the world,of the nation and of the Party,China＇s universities,as an important base for the training of future successors,are supposed to ensure the quality of student CCP members,which has become the key task of the Party building.Universities,aiming at solving the problems with the student members＇ motivation to join the Party,the model influence,and education and management,should begin with the enhancement of the awareness,the quantification of standard module,and the construction of mechanism,and then build the quality-assurance system of recruiting student Communist Party members so as to improve the quality of student party members.
