摘 要:间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)是来源于发育早期中胚层的一类多能干细胞,广泛分布于全身结缔组织和器官间质中,是一类具有自我更新、不断增殖和多向分化潜能的成体干细胞。随着组织工程和再生医学的研究和发展,MSCs成为一种治疗各种终末期肝脏疾病的潜在治疗手段。该文就人脐带间充质干细胞(human umbilicalcord mesenchymal stem cells,h UCMSCs)的生物学特性、体外诱导分化为肝样细胞(hepatocyte-like cells,HLCs)及其可能分化机制的研究进展予以综述。Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) is a class of mesodermal multipotent stem cells, which are derived from the early developmental mesoderm. They widely distributed in connective tissues and organ stroma with characteristics of continuous self-renewal, proliferation and multipotential differentiation. With the progress of study in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine, MSCs have become a potential therapeutic tool for the treatment of various end-stage liver disease. Here, we reviewed the progress in biological characteristics of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells(h UC-MSCs), their differential ability into hepatocyte-like cells, as well as its possible mechanisms.
