摘  要:[目的]通过对不同作用机理的药剂进行种子包衣防治玉米瘤黑粉病田间效果的比较研究,筛选出对玉米瘤黑粉病防效好的药剂。[方法]采用种子包衣法对6种药剂防治玉米瘤黑粉病的效果进行田间试验。[结果]供试药剂对瘤黑粉病均有一定的防治作用,各处理发病率均低于对照,其中28%灭菌唑和24%噻呋酰胺处理玉米种子,防治效果最好,防效为56.4%和53.25%;6%戊唑醇和44%氟唑环菌胺防效较差,仅为35.3%和27.4%。[结论]噻呋酰胺和氟唑环菌胺是用于种子处理防治玉米瘤黑粉病的新药剂,并都具有很好的防治效果。[Aims ] The paper aims to screen out appropriate seed-coating fungicides for preventing Ustilago maydis in maize, the control efficacy of different typical fungicides were compared as well. [Methodes ] The effect of six fungicides on U. maydis in maize were determined using the seed-coating method in field. [Results ] Six fungicides had effect on preventing common smut in maize, the disease rates of treatment were lower than CK(41.3%). The corn seeds coated by triticonazole 28% and thifluzamide 24% showed better control efficacy(56.4 and 53.25%) than others;tebuconazole 6% and sedaxane 44% showed poorer control effect than others, the control effect were 35.3 and 27.4%,respctively. [Conclusions ] Thiamethoxam and sedaxane as new chemicals for preventing common smut in maize both have certain control efficacy.
