摘　　要：[目的]明确3.6%烟碱·苦参碱CS对苜蓿蚜虫和蓟马的田间控制效果及使用剂量。[方法]采用喷雾法测定3.6%烟碱·苦参碱CS对苜蓿蚜虫和蓟马的田间防效。[结果]该药剂在18.0、24.0 g a.i./hm^2时,药后1~7 d对苜蓿蚜虫的防效为93.3%~98.5%和95.3%~99.4%,防效均显著好于12.0 g a.i./hm^2剂量和2种对照药剂。该药剂在12.0、18.0、24.0 g a.i./hm^2时,药后1~7 d对苜蓿蓟马的防效分别为84.7%~95.8%、94.8%~96.6%和95.6%~98.6%,防效显著好于2种对照药剂。[结论]3.6%烟碱·苦参碱CS对苜蓿蚜虫和蓟马均具有良好防治效果,其使用剂量为12.0~18.0 g a.i./hm^2为宜。[Aims ] The paper aims to confirm the control effects and the dosages of nicotine·matrine 3.6% CS against aphides and thrips in alfalfa field. [Methods ] The control effects of nicotine·matrine 3.6% CS against alfalfa aphids and thrips were determined with fields spray method. [Results ] The control effects of nicotine·matrine 3.6% CS to alfalfa aphides with dosage of 18.0 and 24.0 g a.i./ha were 93.3-98.5 and 95.3-99.4% respectively after treated 1-7 d, which were significantly better than that at 12.0 g a.i./ha, and two control pesticides as well, imidacloprid 10% and abamection5%. The control effects against thrips were 84.7-95.8, 94.8-96.6 and 95.6-98.6% respectively, at dosages of 12.0, 18.0and 24.0 g a.i./ha after 1-7 d after treatment, the control effect were significantly better than 2 control pesticides.[Conclusions ] Nicotine·matrine 3.6% CS had good control effects against alfalfa aphids and thrips with the properties of quick acting and persistence. The recommended dosage is 12.0-18.0 g a.i./ha in field.
