10种杀菌剂对苹果轮纹病菌的室内毒力及田间防治效果研究

摘　　要：采用十字交叉法和喷雾法测定了10种杀菌剂对苹果轮纹病菌的室内毒力和田间防效。多菌灵和氟硅唑对苹果轮纹病菌菌丝生长的抑制作用较强,其EC50分别为0.0429μg/m L和0.0507μg/m L;其次为苯醚甲环唑和丙环唑,其EC50分别为0.1144μg/m L和0.1959μg/m L。采收前田间、贮藏期调查发现,430 g/L戊唑醇悬浮剂3000~4000倍液、250g/L吡唑醚菌酯乳油1000倍、400 g/L氟硅唑乳油4000倍、10%苯醚甲环唑水分散粒剂1500倍、50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂600倍液对苹果轮纹病均具有良好的防治效果,且对苹果树安全。The indoor toxicities and field control effects of 10 fungicides against Botryosphaeria dothidea were determined by crossing method and foliar spray method. Carbendazim and flusilazole had higher inhibitory activities to the mycelial growth of Botryosphaeria dothidea,and their EC50 was 0.0429 μg / m L and 0.0507 μg / m L,respectively. The EC50 of difenoconazole and propiconazole was 0.1144 μg / m L and 0.1959 μg / m L,separately. The investigations in field and during storage found that the 3000 ~4000-fold solution of 430 g / L tebuconazole SC,the 1000-fold solution of 250 g / L pyraclostrobin EC,the 4000-fold solution of400 g / L flusilazole EC,the 1500-fold solution of 10% difenoconazole WG,and the 600-fold solution of 50% carbendazim WP all had a better control effect against Botryosphaeria dothidea,and they were safe to apple trees.
