摘 要:以烤烟品种中烟100为材料,研究了烟株不同部位和不同成熟度叶片常规化学成分含量在叶片不同区域的分布规律。结果表明:总氮、烟碱、还原糖含量在叶尖、叶缘区域最高,在叶基部最低;糖碱比在叶中部、叶缘区域较高,在叶尖区域最低;钾含量在上二棚以下各部位烟叶中由叶基向叶尖逐渐降低;常规化学物质含量在下二棚叶片中各区域间的变异性较大,总氮含量和糖碱比在顶叶中各区域间的变异系数最小,而还原糖含量在腰叶中各区域间的变异系数最小;随着烟叶成熟度的提高,总氮、钾含量逐渐降低,而烟碱、还原糖含量和糖碱比逐渐升高;钾、还原糖含量在尚熟叶片中分布变异性较小,烟碱、总氮含量在完熟叶片中分布变异性较小。Field experiment was carried out to study the regional distribution rule of conventional chemical components within different stem-positions and maturities of leaves of flue-cured tobacco variety Zhongyan 100 in central Henan. The results indicated that the contents of total nitrogen,nicotine and reducing sugar were higher in leaf apex and leaf margin,and were the lowest in leaf base. The reducing sugar-nicotine ratio was higher in the middle and edge of leaf,and was the lowest in leaf apex. The potassium content within the leaves in middle or lower stem-positions decreased gradually from leaf base to leaf apex. The contents of conventional chemical components within the leaves in middle or lower stem-positions had large variability among different leaf regions. The total nitrogen content and reducing sugar-nicotine ratio within top leaf had the least variability among different leaf regions. The reducing sugar content within the leaves in middle stem-position had the least variability among different leaf regions.Along with the advance of maturity of tobacco leaf,the contents of total nitrogen and potassium decreased gradually,while the contents of nicotine,reducing sugar and reducing sugar-nicotine ratio increased gradually. The distribution of potassium and reducing sugar in moderately-mature leaf had relatively small variability,while the variation in the distribution of nicotine and total nitrogen content in fully-mature leaf was relatively small.
