摘　　要：以钻机用快接水辫为研究对象,针对钻机打仰角钻孔时水倒流导致水辫联接困难的问题,剖析问题产生的原因,通过对钻机水辫外形结构进行局部优化,设计出一种与钻具配套使用的快接水辫。快接水辫结构简单、易于加工制造、装拆和维修方便,可有效提高钻进效率。Taking the quick water braid as the research object,for the water braid connection difficult problems by the backflow of water in elevation drill,we analyzed the causes of the problem through carrying out the partial optimization for drill water braid shape structure,and designed a kind of quick connect water braid matching with drilling rig,the drilling efficiency can be effectively improved,and the structure is simple,easy to manufacture,convenient to be installed and disassembled,and the maintenance is convenient.
