摘 要:将振动能量引入到二元加重质气固流化床中,将一定粒度组成的磁铁矿粉和石英砂按照不同质量配比形成的混合物作为加重质,对床层进行流化及分选特性研究。研究了二元加重质振动流化床的流化特性,并在不同流化气速、振动强度、加重质配比条件下,对6~3mm、3~1 mm两个粒级细粒煤进行分选试验,确定了最优试验参数。试验结果表明,临界流化气速随石英砂质量配比增大而减小。当气速为7.37 cm/s时,床层稳定性良好,压降标准差为4.08 Pa;在最佳试验条件下,对6~3 mm和3~1 mm两种粒级煤样分别进行分选试验,分选精度(可能偏差值E_p)分别达到0.09 g/cm^3和0.13 g/cm^3,分选效果良好。This paper introduced vibrational energy into the tow-spot dense medium of gassolid fluidized bed,the dense medium is mixture of the magnetite powder and quartz sand of composed of a certain size in different ratios.The characteristics of mass flow of tow-spot dense medium were studied in the mass vibration fluidized bed.The ratio of the dense medium quality,the optimal parameters is determined by sorting the coal of the 63 mm,31 mm size fractions under the different conditions of fluidized gas velocity,vibration intensity.The results showed that the critical fluidization velocity decreased with the increase of mass ratios of quartz sand.When the gas velocity was 7.37 cm/s,the optimal stability of bed layer was achieved and a standard deviation of bed drop was 4.08 Pa.The values of sorting accuracy(possible deviation Ep value) under the optimum condition of those two size fractions were around 0.09 g/cm3 and 0.13 g/cm3 by calculating,respectively,which meant the sorting effect was favorable.
