摘　　要：在"互联网+"的背景下,社区智慧阅读是阅读、技术与教育的融合。本文通过对国内外智慧阅读发展的理论研究和具体实践进行归纳总结,结合目前我国社区信息化的现状,在探讨社区智慧阅读内涵的基础上,分析了国内外智慧阅读的发展;并对"互联网+"环境下社区智慧阅读发展的特征、存在的问题进行了初步总结,在此基础上提出了"互联网+"环境下社区智慧阅读平台的构建模型,从应用层、数据存储层、信息采集传输层三个方面讨论了平台的框架,分析了平台的核心能力和制约因素。In the background of the “Internet ＋”, smart reading of community is the integration of reading technology and education. This paper summarizes the research theories and concrete practices of the smart reading development at home and abroad, and analyzes the status of the informatization in domestic community. Based on the discussions about connotations of smart reading of community, it discusses the domestic and foreign development in smart reading, preliminarily summarizes the characteristics and problems of smart reading of community under the environment of “Internet＋”, proposes the platform construction model of the smart reading of community, discusses the platform architecture through the aspects of application layer, data storage layer, and collection and transmission of information, and then analyzes the restrictive factors and core capacity of the platform.
