摘　　要：图书分类是关系到图书馆实现知识组织功能和社会文献流整序功能的核心工作。书商编目人员的分类无法满足图书馆图书分类的前后一致、位置固定要求,长期把编目业务全部外包易造成分类编目人员业务能力下降及外包编目的效率问题等。文章阐释不应把编目业务全部外包的理由,进行了基于地方高校图书馆汇文文献信息服务系统的、采编部主导分类标引的、"即可上架"的部分编目业务外包流程(策略)设计。This paper expounds that library cataloging should not be completely outsourced from the following aspects. First, library classification is the core for knowledge organization and arrangement of the literature of library. Second, consistency requirement of library classification cannot be satisfied with book-sellers. Third, professional ability of classifiers is downgraded because cataloging business has been outsourced for a long time. This paper proposes a shelf-ready partially cataloging outsourcing process that purchasing ＆ cataloguing department plays a leading role in classification indexing in local college libraries based on Libsys.
