产房消毒隔离对产妇医院感染的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨产房消毒隔离在控制医院感染的临床效果,为降低产妇医院感染提供参考依据。方法选取2014年1月-2015年12月产房消毒隔离处理后进行产房分娩200例孕妇为研究组,选取同期未进行产房消毒隔离处理分娩200例孕妇为对照组,观察两组孕妇产后和新生儿医院感染情况。结果研究组产妇产后感染率2.0%,明显低于对照组产妇产后感染率10.0%,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组新生儿医院感染率2.5%,明显低于对照组新生儿医院感染率13.0%,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组医院感染管理质量评分(89.5±6.8)分,明显高于对照组医院感染管理质量评分(71.6±5.9)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中产房消毒隔离处理,可以降低孕妇产后与新生儿医院感染,同时,还可以提高医院管理水平。OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effect of delivery room disinfection and isolation on nosocomial infection control, so as to provide references for reducing nosocomial infections. METHODS A total of 200 cases of pregnant women giving birth in delivery room with disinfection and isolation processing from Jan. 2014 to Dec. 2015 were selected as study group, and another 200 cases of pregnant women of childbirth in delivery room with- out disinfection and isolation process at the same period were selected as control group. The nosocomial infections of postpartum women and neonates were observed. RESULTS The postpartum infection rate of study group was 2. 0%, which was significantly lower than that of control group（10.0%） （P〈0.05）. The infection rate of neonates of study group was 2.5%, which was significantly lower than that of control group （13.0%） （P〈0.05）. The quality of hospital infection rates （89.5±6.8） points of study group was significantly higher than （71.6 ±5.9） points of control group （P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSION The clinical delivery room disinfection and isolation can reduce maternal postpartum hospital infections and neonatal hospital infections. At the same time, it can also improve the level of hospital management.
