公安现役院校廉政文化建设的思考

摘　　要：廉政文化建设是为公安现役部队培养合格人才的重要基础,是对学员进行的一种"岗前"职业道德教育,是新形势下学员思想政治教育的迫切需要。当前,公安现役院校廉政文化建设存在着对于重要性认识不足、内容缺乏针对性、长效常态机制不健全等问题。加强公安现役院校廉政文化建设要着重从制定院校廉政文化建设长远规划、夯实廉政文化建设的制度基础、增强院校廉政文化建设的针对性、形成廉政文化建设的整体合力、调动师生的积极性等方面入手。Clean and honest cultural construction in the public security colleges and universities in active service is an important foundation for the construction of public security forces to cultivate qualified talents, which is a kind of ＂post＂ professional education of students. It is urgent to the students＇ ideological and political education under the new situation. There exist some problems with the current public security colleges and universities in active service, such as an insufficiency understanding of integrity culture construction, lacking of pertinent contents and a long - term regular mechanism. To strengthen the construction of this kind, clear and honest cultural education should make a long- term planning, lay a solid system foundation, integrate all resources to do it, and arouse the enthusiasm of teachers and students and other aspects to strengthen the honest cultural construction.
