摘 要:文章研究了以玉米秸秆、吉生羊草和野生羊草为粗饲料来源的饲粮对杂交绵羊生产性能和肉品质的影响。将6月龄体重为27.5 kg±2.5 kg的90只杂交公羊(小尾寒羊和本地绵羊杂交)随机分为A、B、C组,每组30只,每只1个重复。A组粗饲料为玉米秸秆,B组粗饲料为野生羊草,C组粗饲料为吉生羊草,试验期80 d。结果表明:C组净增重显著高于A组和B组,分别高9.5%和11.5%,A组和B组的净增重间无显著性差异(P>0.05);平均日增重变化规律与净增重相同;各组干物质采食量间没有显著性差异(P>0.05);但A组和B组的料重比显著高于C组(P<0.05),分别高10.74%和11.37%。各组的空腹重、胴体重及屠宰率无显著性差异(P>0.05),C组的眼肌面积20.69 cm^2,比A组和B组分别高出6.25%和4.44%,C组肌肉中蛋白含量显著高于A组(P<0.05)。A组和B组的脂肪含量显著低于C组(P<0.05),A组肌肉中水分含量显著低于B组和C组(P<0.05)。This paper studied the impact of different roughages on production performance and meat quality of hybrid sheep(Small-tail Han sheep and local sheep).90 rams at the age of 6 months with 27.5 kg±2.5 kg were divided into three groups randomly,each group of 30.The three groups were fed with maize straw,wild chinensis,chinensis respectively for 80 days.The results showed that the net weight in chinensis group was 9.5% and 11.5% respectively higher than those in maize straw group and wild chinensis group significantly,but no significant difference between maize straw group and wild chinensis group(P 〉0.05).The change rule of average daily gain was as the same as the net weight.There was no significant difference on the dry matter intake(P 〉0.05),but the feed weight ratios in maize straw group and wild chinensis group were 10.74% and 11.37% respectively higher than that in chinensis group significantly(P〈0.05). There were no significant difference on empty stomach weight,body weight and slaughter rate(P 〉0.05). The eye muscle area in chinensis group was 20.69 cm2,were 6.25% and 4.44% respectively higher than those in maize straw group and wild chinensis group(P〈0.05). The protein content of muscle in chinensis group was significantly higher than that in maize straw group(P〈0.05). The fat content in maize straw group and wild chinensis group were lower(P〈0.05). The moisture content of muscle in corn straw group was significantly lower than those in wild chinensis group and chinensis group(P〈0.05).
