摘 要:现有时栅主要还是利用变耦合系数变压器的原理,采用缠绕感应线圈于测头上的方法来提取测头与齿之间磁耦合系数变化的信号。但实验表明:这种方法所提取到的电信号相对较弱而且检测距离极小。为了解决上述问题,又提出一种基于隧道磁阻(TMR)磁性隧道结的信号提取方法,TMR是一种对于微弱磁场变化有着极高灵敏度的磁阻效应,在实验中通过这种方法取得了良好的效果,提高了检测距离以及信号幅值。Existing time grating is based on the principle of variable coupling coefficient transformer that adopt the method of winding coil around the detecting probe to extract signal of magnetic coupling coefficient variation between detecting probe and gear. But experiment shows that the extracted electrical signal extracted by this method is relative weak,meanwhile,the detection distance is extremely small. To solve the above problems,a new method of signal extraction based on tunnel magneto resistance( TMR) is presented. TMR is a kind of magnetoresistance effect,which has a very high sensitivity for weak magnetic field,variation good effect are achieved by this method in experiment and detection distance as well as signal amplitude are improved.
