Analysis and discussion of drug consultation in a psychiatric hospital

摘　　要：目的:提高精神科药物咨询质量,保障患者安全合理用药。方法:收集某院2013年7月-2015年12月1 260例门诊患者药物咨询记录,对咨询形式、咨询内容及咨询的药物类型进行统计分析。结果:药物咨询记录呈增长趋势,2015年年增长率为31.66%。咨询方式为电话和窗口咨询,电话咨询782例(62.06%),2014年和2015年咨询形式构成比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。药物咨询内容涉及广泛,前三位为药品用法用量(29.05%)、药品有无(20.87%)和不良反应(15.16%),占咨询内容的65.08%,2014年和2105年咨询内容构成比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。处于前三位的咨询药物类型为抗精神病药(30.24%)、抗抑郁药(23.97%)和镇静催眠药(18.17%),占药物类型的72.38%,2014年和2105年咨询药物类型构成比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:开展药物咨询服务十分必要,是医院药学发展的必然趋势,药物咨询数量及质量有待于进一步提高。OBJECTIVE To improve the quality of psychiatric drug consultation service and ensure the safety of patients about rational drug use.METHODS Collected drug consultation records of 1 260 cases from July 2013 to December 2015,statistical analyses of consulting ways and consulting contents as well as drug types.RESULTS Drug consultation records take on agrowth trend,its annual growth rate in2015 is 31.66%.Consulting way involves the telephone and window consultation,the telephone consultation is 782 cases（62.06%）.There is no significant difference in the consulting way between2014 and 2015（P〉0.05）.The contents of drug consultation were extensive including usage and dosage of drugs（29.05%）,have or not（20.87%）and adverse drug reactions（15.16%）,accounting for 65.08% of the consulting contents.There is no significant difference in the consulting content between2014 and 2015（P〉0.05）.The top three drug types are antipsychotics（30.24%）,antidepressants（23.97%）and sedative-hypnotic drugs（18.17%）,accounting for 72.38% of the drug types.There is no significant difference in the drug type between2014 and 2015（P〉0.05）.CONCLUSION It is necessary to develop the drug consultation service,which is the inevitable trend in the development of hospital pharmacy.The quantity and quality of drug consultation needs to be further enhanced.
