摘　　要：欧盟是世界经济一体化组织,经济科技发展水平普遍较高。通过对欧盟科技报告的政策和管理进行研究,了解欧盟科研机构设置、科技报告呈交、管理方式、质量控制手段、知识产权政策和开放共享政策,为我国科技报告体系建设提供可以借鉴的经验。The EU,the world economic integration organization,has generally high level of economic development of science and technology. Through the research of policy and management of scientific and technical report in EU,we can understand the scientific research institutions,methods of submitting and managing scientific and technical report,the quality control approaches,intellectual property rights policy and the open sharing policy. The experience can provide the reference for the construction of scientific and technical report system in our country.
