摘　　要：技术转移办公室对于提高大学知识和技术商业化,提升产学研协同发展水平以及促进当地经济发展均具有重要作用。从技术转移办公室在促进大学成果转化方面所扮演的角色、组织模式、绩效及其影响因素和测评方法等方面对国外相关文献进行梳理和评述,指出现有研究不足并提出未来进一步研究的方向,并为国内研究提出建议。Technology transfer offices play an important role in improving the knowledge and technology commercialization,enhancing the level of university- industry collaboration and promoting local economic development. The paper comments on the role in converting the achievements of the university,organizational models,performance of technology transfer offices,influential factors and appraisal research methods of its performance,points out the shortcomings,proposes future research directions,and gives some advice on the domestic research.
