摘 要:目的对80 721例促甲状腺素(TSH)筛查数据进行总结分析,建立一个适合钦州市的TSH切值,以指导后续先天性甲状腺功能减低症(CH)筛查工作。方法以2010版《新生儿疾病筛查技术规范》为操作指南完成筛查工作,使用EXCEL和SPSS 21进行统计学分析。结果综合钦州市气候特点,在CH筛查中的初筛TSH切值在1-3月应采用低温切值8.8μU/ml,在4-12月应采用高温切值7.4μU/ml。在2013-2015年,检测出多个TSH初筛值〈10μU/ml的CH患者。结论TSH值的初筛值与该地区温度值密切相关,每个实验室都应该根据实验室所在地的气候条件选择合适的TSH切值。Objective To summarize and analyze the screening data of thyroid stimulating hormone( TSH) among 80721 neonates,establish the cut-off values of TSH suitable for neonates in Qinzhou city,direct subsequent congenital hypothyroidism( CH) screening work.Methods The screening work was completed with technical specification for neonatal screening( 2010 edition),Excel and SPSS 21 software were used for statistical analysis. Results Based on climate characteristics in Qinzhou city,the cut-off value of TSH from January to March was 8. 8 μU / ml,while the cut-off value of TSH from April to December was 7. 4 μU / ml. From 2013 to 2015,multiple CH neonates with primary screening value of TSH〈10 μU / ml were detected. Conclusion The primary screening value of TSH is closely correlated with temperature in the region,each laboratory should select suitable cut-off value of TSH according to climate in the region.
