摘　　要：城市地下综合管廊的建设能有效地破解市政"拉链路"的难题。从综合管廊建设的全过程出发,分别从综合管廊的定义、发展历程和地下管线种类等方面着手,对综合管廊的结构型式、分类、组成系统、防水机理、防火措施、施工方法、安保及监控措施等方面进行了总结,并阐述了建设城市地下综合管廊的必要性,认为应尽快完善相关法律法规,拓宽融资渠道,逐渐形成与收费机制相协调的、多元化的融资格局,为城市可持续发展注入更大的活力。Construction of city underground utility tunnel can effectively solve the zipped municipal road.In the paper,from the full process of utility tunnel construction,respectively from the definition,development history and types of underground pipeline,the utility tunnel structure,classification,composition of system,principle of waterproof,fire prevention measures,construction method,safety protection and monitoring measures are summarized,and the construction significance of the city underground utility tunnel is elaborated.The author believes that relevant laws and regulations should be improved as soon as possible,the financing channels should be broaden,and diversified financing pattern should be gradually formed in harmony with the charging mechanism,which can add more vitality to the sustainable development of the city.
