摘 要:以无锡市某生活垃圾卫生填埋场自然堆积的污泥为研究对象,探讨了Fenton试剂-聚合氯化铝(PAC)复配调理剂对污泥脱水性能改善的潜力。通过响应面法(RSM)和中心复合设计法(CCD)确定了调理剂投加量(以每克绝干污泥中的量计)的最优配比:Fe^(2+)为85mg/g,H_2O_2为70mg/g,PAC为68mg/g。借助Malvern MS3000激光粒度仪、三维荧光光谱(3D-EEM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)等分析技术揭示Fenton试剂-PAC复配调理剂的污泥脱水机制。结果表明,Fenton试剂-PAC复配调理剂促使污泥中胞外聚合物(EPS)氧化分解,污泥中溶解性胞外聚合物(S-EPS)、松散附着型胞外聚合物(LB-EPS)和紧密附着型胞外聚合物(TB-EPS)含量均大幅降低。按最优配比的调理剂投加时,抽滤后污泥含水率由90.57%降至77.31%。The natural accumulation sludge of a municipal solid waste landfill in Wuxi was selected as research object to investigate the potential of Fenton-PAC to improve the sludge dewatering performance. The best dosage (based on dry sludge) proportion of conditioners was obtained by means of response surface method (RSM) and central composite design (CCD):Fe^2+ 85 mg/g, Hz O2 70 mg/g,PAC 68 mg/g. Malvern MS3000, three-dimensional excitation emission matrix fluorescence(3D-EEM),scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Fourier transforms infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) were used to reveal the mechanism of sludge dewatering. The results showed that: Fenton-PAC coupling effects could promote the oxidative decomposition of EPS. The content of the tightly bound EPS (TB- EPS) ,the loosely bound EPS (LB-EPS) and the soluble EPS (S-EPS) was significantly reduced. The water content of sludge decreased from 90.57% to 77.31% under the best dosage proportion after vacuum filtration.
