某院门诊抗肿瘤中草药处方分析

摘　　要：目的:了解医院门诊肿瘤患者中草药处方情况,为指导临床合理使用中药治疗肿瘤疾病提供参考。方法:随机抽取天津市肿瘤医院2015年1-12月中医科门诊肿瘤患者(1 518例)的5 800张中草药处方,采用Excel中的直方图分析法,对其进行一般性描述和针对性分析。结果:40岁以上人群的患肿瘤人数急剧上升,且发生于人体多个系统;所用药味平均约17味,14付剂占84%,处方金额平均每剂约46元;用药种类方面,共用281种中药,以扶正固本、清热解毒、活血化瘀药最为常用,处方中出现频率居前3位的依次是茯苓、当归和甘草。结论:我院中医科专家通过辨证论治,从整体观念出发,遣方用药合理,主要通过扶正固本、清热解毒与活血化瘀药联合运用,再与其他不同疗效的中药相配伍,达到治疗肿瘤疾病、提高患者生存质量的目的。可为临床抗癌中药的合理使用提供借鉴,同时需要进一步深入研究药物之间的配伍关系,以提高中药治疗肿瘤的效果。OBJECTIVE To investigate the prescription of traditional chinese medicine（TCM）in the tumor patients from outpatient,so as to provide the preliminary basis for the guidance of clinical reasonable usage of TCM in the treatment of tumor disease.METHODS Investigate randomly the outpatient cancer patients（1 518 cases）from January to December 2015 of the Tianjin tumor hospital,5 800 TCM prescriptions.The general description and relative analysis of characteristics of the prescriptions are conducted by using Microsoft Excel program.RESULTS Tumor usually happen to those aged over 40,and invade many systems.There are 17 ingredient on average,84%14 days dose and 46 yuan a day in the anti-tumor prescription.There are281 kinds of TCM,tonic medicine,heat clearing medicine and blood activating medicine are most used in humor therapy,the top three of the frequency in prescription are poria cocos,angelica and licorice.CONCLUSION Our hospital expert in regions mainly use the treatment based on syndrome differentiation through the overall concept,sent the clinical reasonable,focus on some tonic medicine,heat clearing medicine and blood activating medicine,and cooperate with other medicine in order to cure cancer diseases and improve the quality of life of patients.It can provide reference for rational clinical use of anti-cancer treatment of TCM,it is suggested that a further and deeper research of drug interactions is needed to improve therapeutic efficacy.
