摘 要:为掌握1 800 mm CSP轧机的板形调控特性,以某1 800 mm CSP轧机为研究对象,建立了不同机架的有限元模型。利用有限元模型分析了不同带钢宽度下的弯辊力与窜辊对带钢板廓的影响,计算出上、中、下游机架的板形调控特性,得出当前中游机架板形调控能力最强,上游次之,下游最弱,并且板形控制能力随着带钢宽度的减小而减小。根据弯辊与窜辊在当前板形控制中所占比例,得出CVC窜辊是当前凸度控制的主要手段。对现场实际窜辊数据进行分析,得出上游机架凸度控制能力不足,中游机架凸度控制能力偏大,同时,通过对不同宽度带钢窜辊数据的分析得出轧制窄带钢时更易出现凸度控制能力不足的情况。现场数据与有限元仿真结果相互验证,研究结论可以为现场的辊形改进提供较好的理论分析基础。In order to grasp the characteristics of profile control for 1 800 mm CSP mills, the finite element models of different stands are established. The strip profiles of different widths under different bending forces and shifting positions are analyzed with the finite element models. The characteristics of profile control for different stands are calculated. The profile control ability of midstream stands is bigger than that of upstream stands, the crown control ability of downstream stands is smallest. The profile control ability decreases with the decrease of the strip width. By calculating the ratio of shifting and bending force in strip profile control, the CVC shifting is the main method to control the crown. The shifting data of different stands for 1 800 mm CSP production line is analyzed, the profile control ability of upstream stands is insufficient, and the profile control ability of midstream stands is excess. Through the analysis of the shifting data of different width strips, the profile control ability is more likely insufficient when rolling narrow strips. The field data and the results of finite element simulation are coincided. The research conclusion can provide a good theoretical basis for the improvement of the work roll contour.
