摘 要:以筛选的1株反硝化蜡状芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus)GY-45为研究对象,考察在厌氧条件下Bacillus cereus GY-45的生长情况、反硝化脱氮及COD去除能力。结果发现:在厌氧条件下,菌株GY-45生长迅速,培养24 h后,OD600达到1.0,总氮(TN)及COD去除速率分别达83.0及44.5 mg/(L·h),主要气态产物为CO2、N2及少量N2O。实验结果表明B.cereus GY-45在厌氧条件下能够取得高效的碳氮同步脱除能力,具备潜在的应用前景。Simultaneous anaerobic removal of carbon and nitrogen is important for sewage treatment. In this work,Bacillus cereus GY-45 was selected for the purpose. The anaerobic growth and the abilities of denitrification and removal of COD by B. cereus GY-45 were studied. Results showed that under anaerobic conditions,strain GY-45 grew rapidly and the value of OD600 reached 1. 0 at 24 h. The removal rates of total nitrogen and COD reached 83. 0 mg /( L·h) and 44. 5 mg /( L·h),respectively,and the main gaseous products comprised CO2,N2,and a small amount of N2 O. These results revealed that B. cereus GY-45 could achieve high efficiency of carbon and nitrogen removal in anaerobic conditions,and possessed application potential.
