摘 要:针对砌体结构中的砂浆材料,考虑4种强度等级和11种压剪应力状态的影响,利用自行设计的砂浆材料简易剪压试验装置,对砂浆棱柱体试件进行了压剪破坏实验。根据实验结果,将压剪试件的破坏分为受剪、压剪耦合和受压3种形式。通过测试砂浆棱柱体试件在不同压应力水平下的抗剪强度,对实验数据进行无量纲化处理,获得了其在压剪状态下的破坏准则。将该准则应用于砌体试件的离散单元模型中,对砌体试件的压剪实验进行了数值模拟,数值模拟结果与实验结果符合程度较好。研究手段和成果可为基于离散单元法的砌体结构的数值模拟提供数据基础。Aimed at the mortar materials in masonry structure, the paper thought about the influences of 4 kinds of strength grade and 11 kinds of shear - compressing stress state. It used the self - designed simple apparatus to conduct the damage test for mortar prism specimen. Based on the test results, the failure of specimens is classified into 3 types such as shearing, shear- compression couple and compression. Through measuring the shear strength of mortar prism specimen under different normal stresses, the paper obtained the failure criterion of mortar under the shear - compression stress state by non dimensional treatment. The failure criterion was used in the discrete element model of masonry structure, the paper simulated the shear - compression test of brick masonry specimen. The simulated results are in good agreement with the test results. The research means and result can provide the basic data for the numerical simulation of masonry structure based on discrete element method.
