摘 要:随着输血技术的发展及成分输血的出现,资源匮乏的血液得到充分利用同时也减少了输血不良反应的发生,成分输血在我国得到全面推广。血小板是血液凝固中的重要成分,血小板输注是防止大出血和提高血小板减少患者生存率的主要措施,目前多用于外伤大出血患者及血液和肿瘤患者。但是反复输注血小板会刺激免疫系统产生血小板特异性抗体或血小板表面相关抗体,Summary With the development of transfusion technique, the shortage of blood could be fully utilized and the side effects of blood transfusions were reduced when we used the blood components. Now, blood components get comprehensive promotion in China. Platelet is an important component of blood coagulation, platelet transfusion is the main measure to prevent bleeding and improve the survival rate of patients with thrombocytopenia. At present, platelet are mainly used for massive hemorrhage patients, hematological patients and malignant tumor patients. However, repeated blood transfusion may stimulate the immune system to produce platelet specific glycoprotein antibodies or platelet-associated antibodies, resulting in platelet destruction, platelet life span shorten, and platelet transfusion refractoriness. These will seriously affect the clinical transfusion effect. In recent years, the platelet transfusion refractoriness caused by CD36 antibody has been taken high attention in the academic field. In this paper, the relationship between CD36 deficiency and platelet transfusion were reviewed.
