摘  要:随着我国地铁线路的快速发展,不可避免地会遇到穿越繁忙干线铁路重大风险源施工技术难题。目前世界上针对这类问题的研究较少,没有可参考的工程案例。结合北京地铁10号线下穿京沪高速铁路、京九铁路等重大风险源穿越施工,笔者进行了系统的试验测试分析。结果表明:(1)若采取措施得当,完全可以进行穿越重大风险源施工,但应注意进行各重要结构和部件的精确监测,使施工始终处于安全可控状态;并建议采用自动化监测。(2)线路在穿越时会产生较快的沉降,穿越后沉降即趋于稳定;双线穿越时,后穿越线路会影响先穿越线路;当恢复线路后,穿越影响区还会发生一定的缓慢变形。(3)初步提出了一套路基及接触网杆变形控制指标及标准,以供类似工程参考。此外,本案例的成功实施为我国及世界其他国家进行穿越高速铁路等重大风险源施工积累了宝贵的经验。With the rapid development of China's subway lines,it is inevitable to encounter construction technical problems of significant risky sources when undercross busy railway lines. At present,research on this kind of problem in the world is very few and there is no practical engineering for reference. In this paper,we made systemic test analysis on the undercross major risky sources construction of Beijing Metro Line 10 undercross the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway and Beijing-Kowloon Railway. The results show that:( 1) It is allowable to carry out undercross the major risky sources construction when take appropriate measures,but we should pay more attention to the precise monitoring of important structures and components,to ensure that the construction is always in a safe and controlled state,and the automated monitoring is recommended.( 2) The line can produce a faster settling when undercrossing,but the settlement will tends to be stable after undercross. When there are two lines to undercross,the second crossing line will affect the first crossing line; when the line is restored,the affected zone will also have a few slow deformation.( 3) Put forward a set of roadbed and catenary pole deformation control indicators and standards for similar projects to reference. In addition,the successful implementation of this case has accumulated valuable experience of undercross high-speed railway and other major sources of risk construction for China and other countries of the world.
