摘　　要：以湛江市滨海体育旅游项目作为研究对象,采用文献资料法、调查研究法、逻辑分析法,从滨海体育旅游资源现状、体育竞赛类项目开发、文化休闲类项目开发、旅客资源现状、人才队伍现状等方面,对湛江市滨海体育旅游现状进行了深入的调研,针对湛江滨海体育旅游产业发展在基础设施、特色品牌、从业人员素质方面存在的主要问题,提出了有针对性的改进措施。Taking seashore sports tourism projects in Zhanjiang as the research object, the article adopts the methods of documentary, survey research and logical analysis and makes an in-depth survey and research on the seashore sports tourism resources and development conditions in Zhanjiang by analyzing the tourism resources status, project development of sports competition, culture and leisure, as well as the conditions of passenger source and talents. It analyzes the main problems of development of seashore sports tourism industry in terms of infrastructure, unique brand and employee quality~ and puts forward corresponding improvement measures so as to provide references for the development of seashore sports tourism industry in Zhanjiang.
