摘　　要：解决就业难问题的关键在于提升大学生就业能力。大学生就业能力的提升不能单纯由高校、企业或学生一方,而应高校、企业和学生三方结合起来,协同努力。通过分析三方对大学生就业能力的需求,建立了大学生就业能力提升的朋辈模式,为大学生就业能力的提升提供可操作的实践指导。The key to solve the problem of employment is to improve the employment ability of College students. College stu- dents＇ employment ability should not simply depend on universities, enterprises or students, but it should be the collaborative ef- forts of the three parties： colleges, enterprises and students. Through the tripartite demand analysis on college students＇ employ- ment ability, this paper established peer education pattern to enhance their employability and to provide practical guidance in this aspect.
