摘 要:为探究施用氟乐灵后不同土壤含水量对棉苗生物学性状的影响,采用盆栽试验,以“新陆早44号”为供试材料,室内测定不同土壤含水量处理下棉苗鲜重、主根、侧根等指标变化情况。结果表明:施药土壤含水量过高与过低都会抑制侧根的增加,而主根生长与侧根的变化趋势相反;植株鲜重随土壤含水量的增加而增加,但对棉苗主根干重影响较小。To explore the effects of different soil water content on the biological traits of cotton seedlings after administration of trifluralin, this paper taked "Xinluzao 44" as test materials,measured the changes of the fresh weight of cotton seedlings, taproot, lateral root by pot experiment in the room. The results showed that: soil moisture content of applying trifluralin too high and too low both will suppressed the increase of lateral roots, whereas the change trend of taproot and lateral rootsthe growth instead. Plant fresh weight increased with the increase of soil water content, but had smaller effect on dry weightof cotton seedling root .
