摘 要:为解决砒砂岩区缺乏修建淤地坝等水土保持工程建筑材料的问题,基于砒砂岩遇水易溃散、力学性能差的岩性机理,成功开发了砒砂岩改性材料,并修建了淤地坝示范工程。结果表明,砒砂岩遇水膨胀溃散的主要原因是其岩石成分中含有大量的易膨胀溃散的亲水性蒙脱石,通过在砒砂岩中添加抑制蒙脱石膨胀的改性剂、胶凝抑制剂以后,能明显降低其膨胀性,同时其力学强度可得到显著改善;在内蒙古鄂尔多斯砒砂岩地区开展了利用砒砂岩改性材料修筑淤地坝的示范工程建设,根据现场检测和实验室测试,改性材料的力学性能得到了大幅提高,可以满足修建淤地坝的要求。同时,提出了砒砂岩改性及淤地坝施工的技术要求与方式。In order to solve the problem of lacking of soil and water conservation engineering construction materials in Pisha sandstone areas and based on Pisha sandstone easily dispersed under water and poor mechanical properties, this paper successful developed modified Pisha sandstone materials and buih the demonstrative project of check dam. The results show that the main reason of expansion and broken of Pisha sandstone under water is that it contains a lot of easy expansion and breakup of hydrophilic montmorillonite. Through inhibition of montmorillonite is added to the Pisha sandstone minerals such as modification agent and gel inhibitor, it can significantly reduce the swelling and the mechanical strength can be improved significantly at the same time. In Inner Mongolia Ordos Pisha sandstone areas, check ham was built by using modified Pisha sandstone materials. Based on field and laboratory tests, the mechanical properties of modified materials have been improved significantly and can satisfy the requirement of check dam building. At the same time, this paper puts forward the construction technical requirements and methods of modified Pisha sandstone and check dam.
