HPLC法同时测定金水涤痰口服液中橙皮苷和淫羊藿苷

摘　　要：目的:建立金水涤痰口服液中橙皮苷和淫羊藿苷含量测定的方法。方法:色谱条件为Boston p Hlex ODS-C18(4.6×250 mm,5μm),色谱柱;流动相为0.1%磷酸(A)-乙腈(B)(0 min,A=77%;11 min,A=77%;13 min,A=70%;30 min,A=70%;32 min,A=77%)进行梯度洗脱;检测波长283 nm;流速1.0 m L.min^(-1);进样量10∶l;柱温30℃。结果:橙皮苷、淫羊藿苷分别在0.58~2.9μg,r=0.9999;0.4~2.0μg,r=0.9999范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为99.48%(RSD值为2.71),99.58%(RSD值为2.45%)。结论:建立的测定方法,精密度高、重复性好,大大简化测定的操作,可用于金水涤痰口服液的质量控制,为其质量标准建立奠定了基础。Objective： To establish HPLC method for determining hesperidin and icariin in Jinshui Ditan Liquid. Method： Boston pHlex ODS-C18 column （4.6×250 mm, 5 μm） was used in HPLC determination. Mobile phase was 0.1% phosphate （A）- acetonitrile （B） with gradient elution program （0 min, A=77%; 11 min, A=77%; 13 rain, A=70%; 30 min, A=70%; 32 min, A=77%）. Detection wavelength was set at 283 nm with flow rate of 1.0 mL min-1, injection volume was 10 μL, and column temperature was 30 ℃. Result： Linear ranges of hesperidin and icariin were 0.58 - 2.9 μg （r = 0.9999） and 0.4 - 2.0 μg （r= 0.9999）, respectively. The average recoveries of them were 99.48%（RSD =2.71%） and 99.58%（RSD=2.45%）. Conclusion： The established simple method is operative with high precision and good reproducible which can be used in the quality control of Jinshui Ditan Liquid, and lay the foundation for establishment of the quality standard.
