摘 要:目的:考察金盏菊水提物和醇提物的体外抑菌作用。方法:采用2倍递增稀释浓度法检测金盏菊对金色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、沙门氏菌5种菌最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果:金盏菊醇提物在10倍稀释浓度时对大肠杆菌、金色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌有抑菌作用,最低抑菌浓度(MIC)为0.1 g.mL^(-1);金盏菊水提物在10倍稀释浓度时对大肠杆菌有抑菌作用,最低抑菌浓度(MIC)为0.1 g.mL^(-1),其余稀释倍数均无抑菌作用。结论:金盏菊提取液对这5种细菌的抑制效果较差,可能与金盏菊药用部位、提取溶剂及生长环境有关。Objective: To study the bacteriostatic effects of water extract and alcohol extract of Jinzhanju in vitro. Method: Minimal inhibitory concentrations of Jinzhanju extract were determined by double-fold dilution method on staphylococcus aureus, staphylococcus epidermidis, escherichia coli, pseudomonas aeruginosa and salr, anella typhimurium. Result: The MIC of alcohol extract were 0.1 g. mL-1 for E. coli, S. Aureus and S.epidermidis at 10 times diluted concentration. The MIC of water extract was 0.1 g. mL-1 for E. coli at 10 times diluted concentration.Conclusion: Jinzhanju extract shows poor bacteriostatic effects on the tested bacterium which may be related to the medicinal part, extraction solvent and growth environment.
