四磨汤对宫颈癌放化疗患者胃肠道保护作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察四磨汤口服液在缓解宫颈癌放化疗所致胃肠道损伤方面的临床疗效。方法:将113例宫颈癌根治性放化疗患者随机分成两组:对照组55例,行新辅助化疗+调强放疗盆腹腔同步放化疗(IMRT)。四磨汤组58例,在对照组方案基础上给予四磨汤每日口服。对比观察两组在新辅助化疗阶段胃肠道反应和同步放化疗期间及随访阶段早期和晚期胃肠道放射性损伤的差异。结果:新辅助化疗阶段,四磨汤组和对照组"便秘/腹胀"和"恶心/呕吐"的发生率为分别7.9%VS 48.6%(p<0.01)和18.4%VS 40%(p<0.05),两组比较有显著差异,四磨汤能够显著缓解新辅助化疗所导致的胃肠道反应。在同步放化疗阶段,四磨汤组的胃肠道早期放射性损伤发生率及严重程度显著低于对照组(p<0.05)。晚期胃肠道放射性损伤发生率及严重程度两组无显著差异(p>0.05)。结论:四磨汤口服液对宫颈癌放化疗患者早期胃肠道损伤具有显著保护作用。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Simo Tang （Simo） in relieving gastrointestinal tract injury caused by radio-chemotherapy in cervical cancer. Method： 113 patients with cervical cancer were randomly divided into two groups： 55 cases in control group, received neoadjuvant chemotherapy and concomitant IMRT radio-chemotherapy. 58 cases in Simo group received additional daily oral SimoTang besides the treatment in control group. Then, the difference of early and late gastrointestinal injury and other related clinical indexes during and after the treatment between two groups were compared. Result： During neoadjuvant chemotherapy phase, the rates of constipation/bloating, nausea/vomiting in two groups were respectively 12.1% vs. 34.5% （P〈0.01） and 34.5% vs. 45.5% （P〈0.05）. There was significant difference between two groups. In concurrent phase, the incidence and severity of early radioactive gastrointestinal injury in Simo group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. During the follow-up period, there was no significant difference in radioactive gastrointestinal injury between two groups （P〉0.05）. Conelusiou：Simo Tang has significant protective effect for acute gastrointestinal injury in cervical cancer patients who received radio-chemotherapy.
