摘 要:通过建立基于多指标水安全评价模型,设计最佳水安全评价指标体系,得到了更加有效的水安全指数。针对水安全评价中存在信息冗余和评价效果差的问题,利用相关分析与主成分分析相结合的方法,剔除不重要的评价指标,运用熵权法得到2002-2011年建三江水安全最终评价指标中各评价对象的综合得分,即水安全指数。实例分析表明,该方法提高了评价模型的显著性和有效性,且计算过程可以被有效控制,为多指标水安全评价提供了新思路。By establishing a water security evaluation model based on multi-index and designing an optiraal evaluation index system of water security, a more effective water security index is gotten. According to the problems of information redundancy and the poor e valuation effect in water security evaluation, this paper first uses the correlation-principal component analysis to eliminate unimpor tant evaluation index, then uses the entropy method to obtain comprehensive scores of Jiansanjiang's every evaluation object in ulti- mate evaluation index from 2002 to 2011, namely water security index. The case analysis result shows that the proposed method im- proves the significance and validity of the evaluation model, what's more, the calculation process can be effectively controlled. In a word, the proposed method provides a new idea for the multi-index evaluation of water security.
