摘  要:采用根钻法和内生长土芯法对小兴安岭阔叶红松林3种林型(云冷杉红松林、椴树红松林、蒙古栎红松林)细根(≤2 mm)的生物量、垂直分布、生产与周转进行了研究,考察了细根生物量与土壤环境的相关性。结果表明:3种林型的活细根生物量均高于死细根生物量,且随土壤深度增加而逐渐降低;0-10 cm土层,3种林型活细根生物量在幼龄林和成熟林之间差异显著;细根生物量与土壤有机碳、易氧化碳、微生物生物量碳、全氮、C/N、含水率之间呈显著正相关,与土壤水溶性碳、pH、容重之间呈显著负相关(P<0.05);细根年生产量在0.14-0.64 kg·m^(-2)·a^(-1)之间,年死亡量在0.07-1.43 kg·m^(-2)·a^(-1)之间,云冷杉红松林成熟林细根周转率较高(1.61 a^(-1)),椴树红松林幼龄林细根周转率最低(0.63 a-1)。Biomass, vertical distribution, production and turnover of the fine roots (≤2 mm) in broad-leaved Korean pine forest (Spruce-fir-Korean pine forest, Lime-Korean pine forest, Mongolian Oak-Korean pine forest) were investigated by the methods of soil drilling and ingrowth cores. The results showed that live fine root biomass was higher than dead fine root of 3 forest types and fine root biomass decreased gradually with soil depth increased. Live fine root biomass of 3 forest types had significant difference between young and mature forests in 0-10 cm soil layer. Fine root biomass were significantly positive correlated with soil organic carbon, easy oxidation carbon, microbial biomass carbon, total nitrogen, C/N and water content, while significantly negative correlated with water soluble organic carbon, pH and bulk density ( P〈0.05) . The production of fine roots was between 0.14 and 0.64 kg-m-2·a-1 , the amount of root mortality between 0.07 and 1.43 kg-m-2·a-1 . The maximum turnover rate was 1.61 a-1 of Spruce-fir-Korean pine mature forest, while the minimum turnover rate was 0.63 a-1 of Lime-Korean pine young forest.
