摘  要:为了提高浅层、多层、薄层等低渗复杂煤层气井射孔完井及压裂改造工艺水平与效果,研究开发了强脉冲射孔与压裂复合工艺.研究表明:设计的多级压裂药与射孔枪复合结构工艺,实现了对煤层强脉冲射孔的增深增透作用,加大加深射孔孔眼约0.3~0.5倍;多组燃速压裂药对煤层形成的多级脉冲压裂作用,延长了地层裂缝;井口封闭式压裂设计提高了高能气体能量的利用率.In order to improve the technological levels and effects of perforation completion and fracturing modification to the complicated gas bearing coal seam well of low permeability in shallow layer, multilayer and thin layer,and so on, the composite technology of strong pulse perforation and fracturing is studied and developed. The research shows: this technology achieves the penetration and depth increasing effect of strong pulse perforation for coal gas layer through the designed process for combined structure of multi-stage fracturing medicine and perforating gun ,enlarging and deepening the perforation channel about 0.3 -0.5 times. The combination of multi-stage burning rate fracturing medicines can develop multiple pulses fracturing effect to coal-bed methane layer, extending formation fracture.In addition, the wellhead enclosed fracturing technology improves the utilization of gas energy.
