注凝胶防灭火技术在老石旦煤矿的实践与应用

摘　　要：为了治理老石旦煤矿031601工作面采空区的自燃,在认真详细分析了发火的原因情况下,并且根据采空区的实际情况,采取了注凝胶防灭火技术。实践应用表明:注凝胶防灭火技术的使用使火区的上隅角CO浓度从10×10^(-6)降到0,有效地起到了防灭火的作用,保证了工作面的安全生产。In order to control the spontaneous combustion in goaf of 031601 working face in Laoshidan coal mine, the reason for firing is analyzed in detail, and according to the actual situation of the mined out area, injection gel fire control and fire extinguishing technology is adopted. Practical application indicates that injection gel fire control and fire extinguishing technology makes the upper corner CO concentration drop from 10× 10-6 to 0, effectively played a role in fire prevention to ensure the face safe production.
