摘 要:在对采煤机镐形截齿的工作特点及常见失效形式进行充分研究基础上,对截齿的受力特点进行了分析,并由此建立了截齿的有限元模型,通过合理的模型简化和载荷施加,实现了对其截割工况的模拟。通过对截齿各部分的应力和位移研究发现,截齿合金头顶端存在应力集中现象,应通过加强截齿的自旋能力来提高合金头寿命;而齿体在出现一定程度磨损后,容易在齿头的安装孔壁发生强度破坏,应通过热处理等手段加强齿体接触面的耐磨性。The work characteristics and the common failure modes of the Shearer pick is full studied, then the stress characteristics of picks were analyzed, and thus established a finite element model of the cutter through reasonable model simplification and load is applied to achieve a condition of its cutting simulation. Through the study of stress and displacement of each part picks found that the presence of the top picks alloy head stress concentration should be to improve the alloy head life by strengthening the capacity of the spin picks; and the teeth in a certain degree of wear and tear, easy installation hole wall prongs strength failure occurs, it should strengthen tooth wear contact surface by means of heat treatment. The conclusions have important guiding significance to the design and use of shearer pick.
