摘 要:提出了一种带有新型锥形调节底流口的旋流器,可实现底流口的在线调节.通过φ350 mm×14分级旋流器的工业现场试验,证明与φ55 mm固定底流口相比,采用可调底流口型旋流器,产率最高增幅达8.7%;与φ50 mm固定底流口相比,采用可调底流口型旋流器,底流浓度最高降幅达8.3%;底流灰分降低了0.2~1.03个百分点.A kind of hydrocyclone with adjustable underflow outlet characterized by a new conical regulating structure has been proposed. The advantage is that it can be regulated on line. The industrial comparison experiments of a (h350 mm ×14 classification hydrocyclone have been carried out for analyzing their different separation performance. It is proved that the separation performance of the hydrocyclone can be improved by replacing the fixed underflow outlet with an adjustable type. After replacing the (b55 mm fixed underflow outlet,the underflow output increases obviously and the maximum variation range is 8.7%. Similarly,after replacing the 650 mm fixed underflow outlet, the underflow concentration decreases and the maximum variation range is 8.3%. The ash content of the underflow decreases 0.2 to 1.03 percentage points.
