摘 要:为研究山东周村水库水体中致嗅类挥发性有机硫化物(VOSC)的时间空间变化趋势,通过吹扫捕集-气相色谱质谱连用法(P&T/GC-MS)检测分析确定水库水体中典型的VOSC,并在7—12月对水库进行连续监测,同时结合温度,溶解氧水平,氧化还原电位,硫酸根浓度和硫化物浓度分析该物质含量随时间和空间的变化特性。结果表明,周村水库中较典型的VOSC为乙硫醇,二甲基三硫醚,这2种物质浓度随温度变化明显,温度越高,水中含量越大,具有较强季节性。二者浓度随着水深增加而增大,其中溶解氧含量为主要影响因素,强还原态环境对硫醚硫醇的释放也有一定促进作用。通过水库原位围隔曝气实验证明,向水中曝气充氧能有效降低水库水体中乙硫醇和二甲基三硫醚的含量,曝气量为15 L·h^(-1)时连续运行72 h的去除率分别为90%和80%以上。To clarify the spatiotemporal distribution of odorous volatile organic sulfide compounds( VOSC)in the Zhoucun reservoir of Shandong province,a method of purge and trap coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was developed and applied to detect continuously the typical species of VOSC in the reservoir water samples from July to December. In addition,the corresponding temperature,dissolved oxygen concentration,oxidation-reduction potential,and concentrations of sulfate and sulfide were recorded. The results indicated that the VOSC in Zhoucun reservoir mainly consisted of ethyl mercaptan and dimethyl trisulfide. The concentrations of these two compounds changed significantly with temperature,with higher temperature leading to higher content.Both compounds increased with increased water depth. The amount of dissolved oxygen was responsible for this trend,as a strong reduction state promotes the release of VOSC. The experiment showed that a water-lifting aerator dramatically reduced ethyl mercaptan and dimethyl trisulfide concentrations. With an aeration rate of 15 L·h-1and continuous operation for 72 hours,the removal efficiencies of ethyl mercaptan and dimethyl trisulfide were higher than 90% and 80%,respectively.
