摘 要:针对五轴数控加工中G01插补指令存在非线性刀具摆动误差的问题,提出了一种基于五轴加工刀位直接生成的五轴G01插补控制方法,同时以双转台类型的五轴数控机床为例,建立了由参考坐标系到工件坐标系之间的中间坐标系,基于对各坐标系运动情况的分析,最终得到了由参考坐标系到工件坐标系的坐标变换矩阵。具体插补控制时,将上述插补计算出的刀位逆向计算出机床坐标,从而实现对机床运行的G01轨迹的控制,可有效降低五轴数控机床的非线性误差。Aiming at the problem of nonlinear error of tool-tip track caused by cutter rotating in 5-axis Computer Numerically Con- trolled (CNC) machining, the 5-axis interpolating controlling new method for G01 code is proposed based on cutter location direct generation. At the same time, a work-table rotating and tilting type of 5-axis CNC machine tool is listed as an example for motion analyzing. The middle coordination systems are established from reference to work-piece, then the coordination systems which are intervenient from reference coordination system to work-piece coordination one are established and coordinate transformation matrix are finally obtained based on motion analysis of the coordination systems. While interpolating controlling, the former results of cutter location are used to calculate the machine tool coordinates and realize the G01 controlling. The method is efficient for lower nonlinear error of 5-axis CNC machine tools.
