摘 要:为了获得高质量的压射头,采用冷挤压成形方式。基于压射头成形过程工艺的研究,设计了合理的工艺流程、冷挤压前处理工艺与边界条件,建立了正挤压和反挤压两种成形方式的有限元模型,以DEFORM-3D为平台,初步预测了冷挤压成形过程中材料应变场、应力场与流速场的分布情况。结果表明:采用正挤压成形,凹模径向负载比反挤压减小72.2%,模具寿命延长;等效应变增大了93.4%,材料变形更充分,性能有效提高。In order to obtain high-quality injection head, cold extrusion forming is adopted. Based on the research of injection head forming process, reasonable process flow, cold extrusion pre-treatment process and boundary conditions are designed. Two finite element models in forward extrusion and backward extrusion forming ways are established on DEFORM-3 D, the distribution of strain field, stress field and velocity field in the process of cold extrusion forming is acquired. The results show that in forward extrusion forming way, the radial load of the die is reduced by 72.2%, and the die life is prolonged;the equivalent stress is increased by 93.4% than in backward extrusion forming way, the deformation of the material is more fully, and the performance is improved effectively.
